How to send
digital files
to Hard Copy

You can send most files by attaching them to an
email. The best file format to use is .pdf, with
all fonts imbedded or converted to outlines.
We also support most Mac and PC native files from
Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign as
well as Quark XPress and Microsoft Word, Power
Point, Excel and Publisher. Again, make sure
fonts & images are included.

Files too big for email can be transmitted via FTP.
If you don't already have it, you will need FTP client software. We recommend FileZilla, a free program
(PC & Mac) you can download here.
